Pope Francis Accepts Memphis Image of Marchers at Lorraine Motel
We are excited to share this link for an article that our own Joe Birch wrote for the WMC website, and the story that was broadcast last night on the 10pm news! He announced to the listening community last night about Fr. Bruce Nieli presenting a picture yesterday to the Holy Father, Pope Francis, in Rome. Fr. Bruce shared it on his Facebook page, and Joe reported it last night! The picture was of the St. Patrick’s parish community, and friends from other parishes/places at the Civil Rights Museum for the Good Friday Stations of the Cross through the neighborhood and downtown.
